What Parents & Students Are Saying

January 3, 2017 "I highly recommend GradePower Learning. It has turned my daughter around from dreading Math to "I got this!" We went from struggling to get a low D to A's and B's over the summer! I cannot say enough good things about Ms Elaine and all the others at a GradePower Learning." - Beyond Tutoring Parent

Our son Caleb started GradePower Learning with a cumulative ACT score of 19 during his Junior year. Katie worked directly with us in creating a program to assist Caleb in increasing his Math and English skills specifically. Caleb's instruction within the small groups at GradePower Learning helped immensely as they fine tuned where Caleb needed to focus his efforts. Even though the increase in ACT score was ultimately our goal, Caleb made a complete turn around in school as he gained the confidence he needed to succeed. I would highly recommend GradePower Learning to anyone who is looking to help their children with their ACT test or more specifically to aid in instruction that is lacking in their public school. Caleb finished with GradePower Learning during his senior year with a cumulative ACT score of 27. We couldn't be happier with his progress and are extremely grateful to his instructors. Thank you

SUMMER BRAIN CAMP - GRADES PK TO 6 JUNE 12 - AUGUST 11
Avoid Summer Brain Drain
Studies have shown that learning momentum suffers major setbacks over summer break. Without structured learning routines, the brain loses many of the neural connections that it built during the school year.
• Academic Focus with fun summer camp activities incorporated

MATH BOOT CAMPS – GRADES 1 TO 12

JUNE 19-22, JULY 17-20, AND AUGUST 7-10.
Build a Solid Foundation
Studies show that students lose the most gains in math over the summer. Furthermore, recent changes to math standards have left many students with knowledge gaps. Our math boot camp programs identify and fill existing gaps, and can preview upcoming concepts with students to give them more confidence heading into the new school year.
Monday - Thursday 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm ($150/wk).

MATH FACTS (MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION)
BOOT CAMP
– GRADES 2 TO 5
JUNE 12-15, JULY 10-13, JULY 31- AUGUST 3rd
Math facts are important because they form the building blocks for higher-level math concepts. When a child masters his/her math facts, these concepts will be significantly easier and the student will be better equipped to solve them faster.
Students can do one or more sessions.
Monday - Thursday 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm ($150/wk).
