Randy spent the first 26 years of his professional life in the business world. He worked for three years in banking as a commercial loan officer, and 23 years working for the leading golf and ornamental nursery supply company in the eastern United States. He left to follow his passion: helping kids! Randy has always loved mentoring and coaching kids. “Coach Randy” has coached baseball, soccer, basketball and flag football, in addition to running a three sport youth league at his church in Lakeland, Florida. Now he is using his experiences to help kids achieve their highest potential as the Owner/CEO of GradePower Learning Largo and and GradePower Learning Palm Harbor. Randy is a graduate of the University of Florida, and remains an avid Gator fan. He has been married to Jan for 30 years, and they have three adult children.

She and her husband, Randy, have raised three children and all graduated from The University of Florida. She has extensive experience with articulation/phonological speech disorders, fluency disorders (stuttering), and dysphagia (swallowing disorders). Sarah is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in History. In college, Sarah was the Missions Intern at the Gator Wesley Foundation for two years. During that time she discovered her passion for helping others and made lifelong friends. Right out of school, Sarah worked as a Behavior Assistant for a young adult with autism. Working with Earl was one of the best experiences of her life and taught her patience and respect for all people in all situations. When her parents, Randy and Jan, decided to open a GradePower Learning Center she knew she had to be a part of this exciting opportunity! Sarah has loved learning from an early age and graduated from an International Baccalaureate High School. She looks forward to helping students find their own love of learning and reach their highest potential. Sarah has recently moved to Clearwater and has very much enjoyed living so close to the beach. She enjoys cooking, watching movies, playing golf, and cheering on the Gators with her fiance Wyatt.
Kelly graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Family, Youth & Community Sciences and a minor in Communication Disorders. Kelly worked as a resident intern at the Gator Wesley Foundation during her time at UF. Through her work at the student ministry and her studies, Kelly knew her passion was to help others. She held an internship with the Urban Mission Training Center, a nonprofit organization that provided tutoring and mentorship to low-income elementary and middle school children in Ocala, FL. After this internship, Kelly joined the administrative team at Interfaith Emergency Services, a food pantry, homeless shelter, and school-backpack feeding program also located in Ocala. She initially provided administrative support to the family shelter, and later served as the volunteer coordinator. Her favorite part of working at Interfaith was sharing with kids, both in the classroom setting and volunteer groups, about the importance of giving back to the community and serving those less fortunate than themselves. When the opportunity to work with kids full-time presented itself through GradePower Learning, she was beyond excited! Kelly most enjoys helping students increase their confidence and truly believe in themselves, both inside and outside the classroom. Kelly enjoys theatre, music, and cheering on the Gators with her husband Jorge.
"GradePower Learning helped my 11th grade daughter's SAT score go up about 200 points. They are amazing! They give a practice SAT test and then work on the parts of the test that the student needs help with."
These guys are amazing! I've seen awesome results and they obviously truly care. They do whatever they can to help. Thanks GradePower Learning!
"My 4th grader is a totally different kid since he started at GradePower Learning. He asks questions, does his homework independently, and always LOVES going to his classes at GradePower Learning. I've noticed major changes in him."
