"Moose and Baily" Written by Emma

When Emma first came to GradePower Learning, her mother wanted her to not only learn to read fluidly - she wanted her to LOVE reading as much as she did. Now, Emma is not only reading and writing above her grade level, she is writing and publishing her own books! Please enjoy Emma's first book about "Moose and Baily," - GradePower Learning's beloved comfort dogs. Emma's next book is soon to come.

GradePower Learning and The Thea Bowman Center Partnership
GradePower Learning is a proud partner with the Thea Bowman Center in educating students of all ages. This partnership is courtesy of The Rotary Club of Cleveland. The club members awarded GPL a $10,000 scholarship to assist in closing the academic gaps for many students.
Thea Bowman Center is located in the Mt. Pleasant community of southeast Cleveland, bordering on Shaker Heights. It began as a Hunger Center in 1966 under the auspices of Epiphany Catholic Church. The church closed in 2009, but Thea Bowman Center continues to meet pressing needs in a community where 65% of families live near or below the poverty level. As a community anchor, Thea Bowman Center provides a trusting environment in which we promote health and well-being through education and resources.
