At GradePower Learning, we know each student learns at their own pace. So, we take the time and care to meet each student where they currently are in their abilities and build their skills one page at a time. Working with GradePower Learning's proprietary books, we help fill in any educational gaps to make learning fun, interactive, and unintimidating. Kids want to come to class—and that is the best compliment of all.

When Emma first came to GradePower Learning, her mother wanted her to not only learn to read fluidly - she wanted her to LOVE reading as much as she did. Now, Emma is not only reading and writing above her grade level, she is writing and publishing her own books! Please enjoy Emma's first book about "Moose and Baily," - GradePower Learning's beloved comfort dogs. Emma's next book is soon to come.

Ohio Secretary of State Visits GradePower Learning
"I’m certainly glad we visited GradePower, because what I found is really an incredible business helping students prepare for success in their early academic life,” LaRose said.
GradePower Learning Fairveiw Park is a proud partner with the Thea Bowman Center in educating students of all ages. This partnership is courtesy of The Rotary Club of Cleveland. The club members awarded GPL a $10,000 scholarship to assist in closing the academic gaps for many students.
Thea Bowman Center is located in the Mt. Pleasant community of southeast Cleveland, bordering on Shaker Heights. It began as a Hunger Center in 1966 under the auspices of Epiphany Catholic Church. The church closed in 2009, but Thea Bowman Center continues to meet pressing needs in a community where 65% of families live near or below the poverty level. As a community anchor, Thea Bowman Center provides a trusting environment in which we promote health and well-being through education and resources.
Using the science of cognitive learning, GradePower Learning creates customized learning programs that help students meet their learning goals this year with in-person or online programs.
From Pre-K to College Readiness, we focus on understanding your child and providing the help and support he or she needs to succeed.
We offer our students:
All our locations follow the strictest health and safety procedures, including strict daily cleaning and sanitation procedures, limiting capacity, and social distancing to ensure your child’s learning environment is as safe as possible for instruction.
K-12 Students Struggling in School Can Find Help At Ohio’s First GradePower Learning Center
"Not only can we give homework help, but we’re really there for kids who are falling behind in reading or math skills.” Owner Tanya Foose
It truly amazes me that Bryan NEVER complains about going for tutoring, even after being on break for two weeks and having to go after his first day back to school. Think about it, a 15-year-old boy who loves his Xbox and was at school ALL day doesn't complain about going to be tutored for another 1.5 hours. Y our business, the atmosphere, or whatever is doing something right. THANK YOU! -Donna W.

Facebook © 2019 News Feed Bridget Shannon King is with Bob King at GradePower Learning (Fairview Park, OH). Visual Storyteller · 4 hrs · Fairview Park A couple months ago, our senior at FHS asked if we’d assist in finding a good ACT preparation course. Well, we found a GREAT one: GradePower Learning in Fairview Park. Tanya Baldwin Foose, Seth, and their entire staff of subject-specific tutors have been awesome. Not only do they have a math expert for math, and an English expert for English, and science expert for science, but they also take time to talk about HOW to take such a standardized test, going over timing strategies and coping strategies for moments of anxiety. Our daughter has had a great, positive experience with GradePower, and so have we. Thank you Tanya. Thank you, everyone at GradePower Learning. We’re blessed to have found you, and Fairview Park is fortunate to have such student-focused advocates as an additional support structure for the area school systems. No photo description available.

A journey of lifelong learning
"When we first came to GradePower Learning, I really thought it was just another tutoring place. Once they explained this unique approach to the learning practice, I was very interested. My child needed a lot of help. I thought she would need tutoring for the rest of her educational years. But they don't just tutor at GradePower Learning. They teach her to understand what she's learning, how to pay attention, and understand. I can see past high school now and a brighter future. I am so glad we found GradePower Learning. -Dorothy B.

My name is Richard Corr. I have a BS in Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Cleveland State University.
I taught high school math for 15 years at Beaumont School and co-authored the high school math curriculum for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. I continue to tutor countless students in math from basic concepts through AP Calculus.
I also wrote and implemented curriculum using project-based activities and modern ‘agile’ methodologies to teach STEM principles for a hands-on learning center.
I love math, but more importantly, I want to be there for the student who hates math, never understood it, but needs it to move forward.
