What Parents & Students Are Saying
It truly amazes me that Bryan NEVER complains about going for tutoring, even after being on break for two weeks and having to go after his first day back to school. Think about it, a 15-year-old boy who loves his Xbox and was at school ALL day doesn't complain about going to be tutored for another 1.5 hours. Y our business, the atmosphere, or whatever is doing something right. THANK YOU! -Donna W.

Facebook © 2019 News Feed Bridget Shannon King is with Bob King at GradePower Learning (Fairview Park, OH). Visual Storyteller · 4 hrs · Fairview Park A couple months ago, our senior at FHS asked if we’d assist in finding a good ACT preparation course. Well, we found a GREAT one: GradePower Learning in Fairview Park. Tanya Baldwin Foose, Seth, and their entire staff of subject-specific tutors have been awesome. Not only do they have a math expert for math, and an English expert for English, and science expert for science, but they also take time to talk about HOW to take such a standardized test, going over timing strategies and coping strategies for moments of anxiety. Our daughter has had a great, positive experience with GradePower, and so have we. Thank you Tanya. Thank you, everyone at GradePower Learning. We’re blessed to have found you, and Fairview Park is fortunate to have such student-focused advocates as an additional support structure for the area school systems. No photo description available.

A journey of lifelong learning
"When we first came to GradePower Learning, I really thought it was just another tutoring place. Once they explained this unique approach to the learning practice, I was very interested. My child needed a lot of help. I thought she would need tutoring for the rest of her educational years. But they don't just tutor at GradePower Learning. They teach her to understand what she's learning, how to pay attention, and understand. I can see past high school now and a brighter future. I am so glad we found GradePower Learning. -Dorothy B.

Math Instructor, Alg I, II, Trig, Calculus and Statistics
My name is Richard Corr. I have a BS in Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Cleveland State University.
I taught high school math for 15 years at Beaumont School and co-authored the high school math curriculum for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. I continue to tutor countless students in math from basic concepts through AP Calculus.
I also wrote and implemented curriculum using project-based activities and modern ‘agile’ methodologies to teach STEM principles for a hands-on learning center.
I love math, but more importantly, I want to be there for the student who hates math, never understood it, but needs it to move forward.
