  3. Doing homework? Sit at a proper desk or table and use a proper chair when to boost focus. Avoid doing homework while reclining on a couch or bed.

When students have their feet on the ground and are sitting upright at a desk, it forces them to be more alert and pay better attention. Many students found online learning to be less engaging, and because they were at home, they were also distracted.
